Shipping Policy
Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within a day. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at sailortomyachting.com
Prices, shipping & handling charges
All orders are shipped via HP. Rates are calculated through HP calculator. International orders are shipped via HP Expedited Service and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package. Please contact sailortomyachting.com if you have any questions.
Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your declaration of contract without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days in written form (e. g. letter, e-mail) or – if you received the goods before expiry of the term – by returning the goods. The stated period of time starts on receipt of this information in written form, however not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (for recurring consignments of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery), and also not before performance of our obligation of information
Faulty/defective goods
If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact sailortomyachting.com quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.
Return & Exchange Policy
Informations
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.
You must email customer service at sailortomyachting.com within 15-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only items purchased at sailortomyachting.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Sailor Tom. Sailor Tom will not be held accountable for any lost packages
Prepare your package
Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible. Please include a note with your name and order number

WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND
Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
